The personal data processed through this website is what you voluntarily submit through the forms: contact form (name, email, message) and instant agent demo (sender and recipient emails if you send the agent, phone number if you ask for a callback, company URL or description, demo transcript). Kirako uses this data to respond to your inquiry and stores it in its Google Drive workspace (Google LLC). Customer data required for commercial follow-up, invoicing or payment may also be sent automatically to Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). Google and Stripe act as data processors under the GDPR.

Processing purposes: responding to your inquiry, sending the instant agent if you ask for it, a voice callback if you ask for it, and telephone prospecting only if you ticked the dedicated consent box.

Booking: the scheduling system uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling pages (Google LLC). Your booking data (name, email and chosen time slot) is stored in Google Calendar (Google LLC) for scheduling, and the context submitted through the form is kept in Google Drive (Google LLC) for commercial follow-up.

AI Assistant: messages sent through the website's AI assistant are processed by an automated workflow hosted on our own infrastructure (n8n, self-hosted). Messages are analyzed by Google Gemini (Google LLC) to generate responses. When a lead is recorded, information useful for follow-up may then be retrieved and processed by a self-hosted Hermes agent using OpenAI GPT models (OpenAI, L.L.C.). Conversations and information useful for follow-up are stored in Google Drive (Google LLC). No personal data is required to use the assistant, but any content you enter is transmitted to these services.

Instant agent: the demo reads public web pages you provide, or text you type, to build a front-desk demonstration agent. Models are served through OpenRouter (OpenRouter, Inc.) and the matching labs. If you send the agent to someone, we process your email and the recipient's email to send the requested message, with replies going to you. Brevo sends the requested link whether or not you opt into the follow-up. If you tick the optional checkbox, Kirako may send you 5 emails about AI agent use cases and its services. You can stop this follow-up using the unsubscribe link. Your choice, the displayed wording, its version and the date are recorded; information relevant to your request is stored in Attio, our CRM. If you ask for a callback, we process your number so the demo agent can call you, through ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs, Inc.). That callback answers your request; it is not prospecting. A later commercial call from Kirako happens only if you ticked, on the same form, the specific consent required by article L. 223-1 of the French consumer code: Kirako, for its AI agents, training and consulting, for 12 months at most, with no tacit renewal. You can withdraw that consent at any time, including by phone, at contact@kirako.ai or +33 9 39 20 40 38. Proof of consent (wording shown, date, time, version) is kept for 3 years and sent to you on a durable medium on request at the same address. We keep for 12 months the extracted brief, prompt, transcript, chosen model, public URL, send emails, the number used for the callback and the send count. This is not an agent affiliated with your company, and it is not connected to your tools. Measurement events contain no email, no phone number and no transcript.

Retention period: your contact data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, and no longer than 12 months, except proof of telephone-prospecting consent, which is kept for 3 years (article R. 223-2 of the French consumer code).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. Consent to telephone prospecting can be withdrawn as easily as it was given, including by phone. To exercise these rights, contact: contact@kirako.ai or +33 9 39 20 40 38.
