Honestly, at first I didn't see the point for a garage. The agent handles appointment booking, sends out service reminders and sorts quote requests coming in by phone and email. Mostly it took away the calls we used to miss while under a car. You just have to set it up properly around availability, otherwise it offers slots we don't have, but once that's sorted it just runs.
We had an agent built to handle level-1 support. It answers recurring questions and escalates the rest to the team with a summary. Our escalation rate dropped without hurting satisfaction, which was our worry. For genuinely technical cases it's better for a human to take over. The agent knows it, it doesn't dig in.
